NTCA NEWS 92 TileLetter | August 2017 In Memory: Patricia Ann Pompo Patricia Ann Pompo, a longtime resident of Leucadia and Burbank, Calif., peacefully passed away on Monday, May 29, 2017, in her daughter’s home in Menifee, Calif. Born in Anderson, Ind., on Halloween in 1929, Pat moved to Long Beach, Calif., at an early age and then to Glendale, Calif., where she attended Glendale High School. Pat married husband Vincent N. Pompo on February 01, 1947. Pat was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great- grandmother. Pat is survived by her husband Vincent N. Pompo, who was CTDA’s third president, daughters Linda K. Perrenoud and Lesah Ann Mutscheller, and son Donato Pompo – who is founder of CeramicTile and Stone Consultants (UTaSC) and the online University of Ceramic Tile and Stone, a division of CTaSC – her brother Rex Bronnenberg, 8 grand- children, and 6 great-grandchildren. Her beloved great-grandson, Angel, is now holding her hand in heaven. Pat enjoyed time with her family and friends and was an avid reader. For a time, she bowled with her girlfriends and was in a bowling league for many years. A memorial was held for Patricia on Saturday, June 10, 2017, at the Miller-Jones Mortuary in Sun City, Calif.
