Coverings 2017 calls for Rock Star nominations Coverings, the largest global tile & stone exhibition in North America, is seeking nominations for its 2017 group of “Coverings Rock Stars,” an award that recognizes the best up-and-coming young profession- als in the tile and stone industry. Selected by a committee of indus- try leaders, each outstanding indi- vidual will be awarded based on his or her impact on the tile and stone industry along with previous industry recognition. In its third year, Rock Star nomi- nees must be 35 or younger, and currently employed by or as an architect, designer, distributor, retailer, contractor, installer, fabri- cator, specifier, trade association, or manufacturer in the tile and stone industry. Nominators must also be active and experienced in the tile and stone industry.
