Inglehart quips that she was born into the business, and has “officially” worked in it 15 years. This month, her sister Debbi Barton celebrates her 18th anniver- sary of working in the industry for NTCA Five Star Contractor Visalia Ceramic Tile. Inglehart originally was the com- pany’s first Human Resources Administrator and manager, and she grew that position for 12 years with employee manuals, safety programs and employee engagement, support- ed by a B.S. in Business Management and SPHR Certification. Barton worked alongside Martinho- Acquafresca, learning the ins and outs of the office, and took part in a nine-month program through the Visalia Chamber of Commerce called Leadership Visalia. “This was a huge impact for my professional career in the commu- nity, teaching skills in networking and taking the next steps in becom- ing a leader in the office,” she said.
