In late October, over 600 people from all walks of the tile and stone industry gathered at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center for the annual Total Solutions Plus (TSP) conference. Though the numbers of union and open-shop contractors, distributors, and manufacturers have grown over the years – and the number of key- note and breakout speakers has expanded to bring more education and training to attendees – the event retains a relaxed atmosphere, with time to learn, reconnect, meet new friends and get inspired – including an opening keynote by the legendary Heisman trophy win- ner Roger Staubach of the Dallas Cowboys.
