In 2000, Michelle Chapman joined NTCA to handle a number of duties including design- ing TileLetter, managing advertising sales and cre- ating collateral material for the association. In 2001, Gigi Wall became office accoun- tant for NTCA, until 2009. In 2001, Bart Bettiga (r.) presented NTCA executive director Joe Tarver with the CTDA’s Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2002, Bart succeeded Joe as NTCA execu- tive director. The NTCA Workshop trailer adorned the association’s booth at Coverings 2003. Justin Woelfel, Jr., became NTCA’s first full- time national trainer. In the mid 2000s, Gerald Sloan took over as NTCA’s full- time national trainer, bringing the road show around the country.
