adhere to the new paradigms of the corporate offices, a spatial organi- zation that reflects the technologi- cal evolution of the work and an efficient minimization of manage- ment costs. Lastly, the project was guided by heightened energy efficiency, with the goal of earning the LEED – Platinum level qualification. The architectural casing strives to establish harmony with the neigh- boring area, integrating materials, colors, proportions, and align- ments, and creating a focal point in the urban environment, through a rigorous and sensible organization of the façades that relies on simple shapes and textures that lends a sense of solidity and permanence. Ceramic cladding in Kerlite To facilitate speed and precision during installation, the exterior façades were created using “uni- tised façade” technology, alternat- ing opaque units with transparent ones. The rhythm of opaque and transparent surfaces blends beauti- fully with the existing buildings in the area. Iotti+Pavarani Architetti was the studio responsible for the design of the façade, winning the com- mission after competing with 14 other studios for the job. The studio worked hand in hand with build- ing engineer Tosetti Artechna to bring the plan to fruition.
